The John Bowie Strange Camp of the United Confederate Veterans was organized at the Albemarle County, Virginia courthouse on 22 August 1889.

Scope and Content

This collection contains the meeting minutes of the John Bowie Strange Camp from 1889 to 1910. The first entry is dated 6 August 1889. The last entry is 27 June 1910.

Arrangement

This collection includes the original bound volume of meeting minutes, 241p., plus 2 photocopied volumes of the minutes. Photocopy volume 1 covers pages 1-132, photocopy volume 2 covers pages 133-241 of the original minute book.
