This small collection of documents (deeds, leases, and St. Anne's School yearbooks) was donated to ACHS by Sarah G. Vicent, daughter of Dorothy and George Adam Balz, in 2024.
This collection consists of deeds and leases of a property on Main Street Charlottesville.
The collection is boxed with MS 730 and MS 731. It is arranged alphabetically and chronologically.
