The old box and folder numbers are also included as part of the new arrangement.

Paul Grinberg served as treasurer of Reston Incorporated in 1967. During that time Reston was in a transition period when the founder, Robert E. Simon, Jr., faced bankruptcy. The principal investor, Gulf Oil Corporation formed a subsidiary, Gulf Reston, Inc. in 1967 and took complete financial and operational control. Paul Grinberg created this collection during the period from the founding of Reston and concludes with the transfer of control.
The Paul Grinberg Reston collection consists of one document case. The documents in the collection consist mostly of marketing and business reports on Reston from 1962 to 1968.
