Eustis (or Eustace) A. Lancaster (b. ca. 1869) is listed on the 1870 and 1880 U. S. Censuses living in Blacksburg, Virginia, with several family members, including Josiah B. and Arabella E. Lancaster, presumed to be his parents, and his grandparents John B. and Christina A. Helm. His parents, grandparents, and other family members are buried in Westview Cemetery, Blacksburg, Virginia.

The Eustis A. Lancaster Papers comprises a handmade scrapbook containing pictures of VPI scenes and campus buildings, ca. 1900. On the cover of the scrapebook is a message which states, "VPI, For E.A. Lancaster, my friend and benefactor."
