These portraits are the work of Rufus W. Holsinger, a Charlottesville photographer who worked from the 1890's through his death in 1931. March 9, 2019- Family Photo Day hosted by Jefferson African American Heritage Center, where local residents could view photos in the Holsinger collection and identify and provide more information about the people in the photos.
