Scope and Content

Occasional Papers (10), misc ICAR newsletters, working papers (8), handbook, bibliography, 1994-95 academic programs and course syllabi, summary of proceedings. The total collection size is 5 linear feet, 7 boxes.

This specific collection contains materials related to the ICAR (Institute of Conflict Analysis and Resolution). While all content falls under the ICAR however, items also come from specific programs that relate to the school such as the NPAC (National Peace Academy Campaign).n

Content stored in boxes 1-4 are a variety of items donated by ICAR that is usually open to the general public such as newletter, funding packets, proposal letters, etc. Content stored in boxes 5-7 are faculty paper's with box 7 being from the Office of Affirmative Action which is a branch school of the ICAR.

Content in boxes 7-10 are different that 1-7 because each box can only be group by their own and not with any other boxes. Box 8 contains items donated by NPAC, while box 9 contain items titled archives, NPIF (National Peace Institute Foundation), and papers from other universities. Box 10 contain items form the Committee Peace Academy, Committee for Professional Development, and information on certain people from the college in the past.

Content in box 11 are miscellaneous objects that couldn't be grouped with other items and didn't fit in the other ten boxes.

Boxes 1-7 are arranged by material type while boxes 8-11 are by subject.
