Biographical Note

Charlotte C. Giesen (1907-1995) was a Republican member of Virginia House of Delegates from Montgomery County and the City of Radford (1958-1961).

The collection consists of a taped interview (April 197) with Giesen, by Samantha J. Hall, a student at Virginia Tech, with a history paper on Giesen prepared by Hall.
