Scope and Content
The collection consists of a broadside containing town regulations ordained by the Council of the Town of Blacksburg, Virginia, for the housing of hogs or pigs within town limits. It also specifies the conditions under which hogs may be kept and penalties for offences. The document also discusses when an election will be held based on a petition pertaining to keeping hogs.
