Biographical Note
William G. Rogers (b. ca. 1832) was a mercantile businessman in Highland Couny, Virginia, during the 19th century. According to the 1870 U. S. Census, Rogers was a farmer and married to Rachel with several children in Blue Grass, Virginia.

Scope and Content
This collection contains six letters of merantile businessman, William G. Rogers, written from 1856-1861. The letters were written to various preople and contain the business correspondence between them.
