Processing Information
The processing, arrangement, and description of the Virginia Tech "Rat" Belt was completed in June 2025.
Scope and Content
The belt is made of a cream colored fabric with a metal belt buckle and belt hook. Hand written near the buckle and hook is "1952." In the center of the belt is "LAST RAT BELT 52/ALL BAND COMAPNY JUNE '4' 1949." written in pen. There are various other hand written phrases and signatures on belt. The belt is in fair condition, some discoloration and fraying.
