Content Description

"Public Sale of Mill Property, Jan. 25, 1881." A printed broadside advertising the sale of George C. Teaford's mill property at Cedar Grove Mill located along the North River (later Maury River) a few miles downstream from Rockbridge Baths, Virginia. Included is a description of the mill and its accompanying dwellings and land.
