Biographical / Historical
Walter Curtis Ayers, an accountant for Norfolk and Western Railway, was interested in the Benjamin Borden Grant and mapped the grants from the deeds of the grantees.

This collection consists of registers, indices, folios, plates, wills, charts and data related to the Benjamin Borden Grant of 92,100 acres of land.
