Acquisition information for material received after 7/13/2009 is available by consulting a Special Collections Research Center staff member.

Accessioned by Amy Schindler, University Archivist, in 2007 and 2009; arranged by Lily Rubino, SCRC Staff, in May 2009. Acc. 2011.293 accessioned and minimally processed by Steven Bookman, University Archives Specialist,  in May 2011. Computer media migrated and processed in 2019.

The Hispanic Cultural Organization (HCO) is a student group at the College of William and Mary founded in 1999. The group's goals are "to unify and organize this Hispanic community, educate the William and Mary community about the Hispanic culture, and provide support for the international Hispanic students."
