Historical Note:

The Procedural Review Committee is a standing committee of eight members and eight alternates; four are elected from the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and one each from the Schools of Business, Education, and Law, and the Virginia Institute of Marine Science, which includes the School of Marine Science. Each faculty or school provides for means of selection and for alternates. The Procedural Review Committee is charged with reviewing the procedures established by departments and schools for the evaluation of faculty members.
