Biographical Information:

Joseph Thompson McAllister was author of several books, Historical Sketches of Virginia Hot Springs, Warm Sulphur Springs and Bath County, Virginia (1908) and Virginia Militia in the Revolutionary War: McAllister's Data (1913).

Scope and Contents

Copy of Bath County, Virginia Survey Book I, made circa 1905 by Joseph T. McAllister, attorney, Hot Springs, Virginia. The book consists of typescripts of surveys, 1792-1818, of land in Bath County, Virginia.
