Biographical Information:

Cynthia Barlowe was the daughter of Dr. Janet Kimbrough and a descendant of the Tucker Family of Williamsburg, Virginia. She lived in Mathews County, Va. and was a member of the Class of 1955 at the College of William and Mary.
