Scope and Contents

Two page letter appealing to Reverend Wilmer and the Episcopal Church to consider increasing their endowment toward the College of William and Mary. As the only seminary in Virginia devoted to the teaching of the Epicopal faith, Hubbard argues fervently for such monetary support for this institution.
