A typescript report on the boundaries of census county divisions in West Virginia, "Procedures Used in Defending Census County
Divisions," (1973) by Dr. Szeska Zimolzak. The typescript includes an introduction, outline maps, and description of the geographical
boundaries between county census divisions. Also included is a photo static copy of a typescript entitled, " Study of Ad Valorem
Property Taxation of Tangible and Intangible Personal Property and Its Application to West Virginia," (1972) by Lee M. Kenna,
Kanawha County, (WV) Assessor.
